Water - Skiing
The warm waters of the Gulf and year-round sunshine make Dubai an ideal location for water- skiing. Facilities and locations are perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers. Dubai’s reputation as a water-skier’s paradise is well established. Each year the Dubai Water Sports Association invites top performers from Europe and the United States for a week-long competition and Festival.

DWSA is situated at the upper end of Dubai Creek whose calm flat
waters are ideal for water-skiing. Although primarily for residents, the
association welcomes visitors on temporary membership by the Day or month and
charges around Dhs. 45 (approx. US$12) for 10 minutes.
