This event brings together VIP Investors and property developers to efficiently and successfully sell the entire projects at pre-launch prices.

TIL provides carefully selected real estate projects which are assessed by independent property consultants. For VIP investors, who require privacy, we offer a number of private meeting rooms and and analysis of each development, in advance of the show.

Our mission
is to source a continuous stream of well researched investment projects to excite our pool of property investors and facilitate them to expand their property portfolio. We are creating an environment in which our investors are able to improve their understanding of how to assess risk and minimize the effort of performing due diligence on property investment.

This is the first in a series of exhibitions. Projects will be selected for inclusion in the exhibition and arranged according to categories. Projects are displayed in the public exhibition hall, while investors will have the opportunity to book appointments to discuss projects in private in discrete meeting rooms.

The exhibition will focus principally on the many projects in the Arabian Gulf , while a few other international projects will be included.
