The Abu Dhabi Mall opened to public on 15th April 2001, and spans a total built-up area of over 220,000 sq meters. It offers over 220 outlets, comprising children's wear, women's and men's ready-to-wear, make-up and perfumes, music, books and stationery, soft furnishings, household furniture, electrical goods, gifts, health-food, pharmacies, dates and confectionary, sportswear and shoes, in addition to the city's preferred grocer, the Abu Dhabi Co-op.
