President issues decree convening FNC
President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree 76-2009, ordering the assembly of the 4th session of the Federal National Council's 14th legislative chapter on October 21. Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, Speaker of the Federal National Council, said the UAE pursues a gradual and calculated methodology of progress in its parliamentary process.
